The EigenArt Appartements are located in the center of the vibrant city - Mitte area, close to the new government and administration buildings and the Brandenburger Gate.

All apartements are elegantly furnished. A well-equipped kitchen makes guests independent. Coffee and tea making facilities are provided.

The house was built in the year 1871 beyond the town gate of the Friedrichstadt in the today's district Mitte (Center of Berlin).In the last war days strongly destroyed, it only 1982 was repaired and modernized. The close range checkpoint "Chausseestrasse" , that crossed the border to East Berlin was opened in the year 1989. Starting from this point the "new center" kept on converging into our direction.

Enjoy after your visit the peace and relaxation in our modern apartments and leave the metropolis for short time on yourself.

Your desk is with telephone ( direct-dialing number), a modem with ISDN and DSL connection type for PC, FAX and Wireless LAN. A radio and a wall safe are available to you. The bath shines with Italian tiles and high-quality Accessoires
A well equipped installation kitchen makes you independent. In addition, you can use the various offer of the German and international kitchen in the closer surrounding.

It is a quiet area although it is in the centre of Berlin including a park behind the building.

The apartment is very central and right in the quarter Berlin - Mitte. Here, you find the old West and East Berlin border as well. The legendary wall (rests and marks on the floor of it) can be seen here, too.

Within a few minutes you will get to the governmental quarter of Berlin. Here, there is the 'Reichstag', the 'Brandenburg Gate' and other famous sights. Not far from your accommodation there is a beautiful park, some historical cementries etc. It is our flair, which will catch most of your attention. Quiet area although it is in the centre of Berlin including a park behind the building.

The graves of famous german personalities such as Fichte, Hegel, Fontane, Brecht, to Heinrich Mann and Scharnhorst meet you on your short walks.

In order to come into the new center, you drive to only three stations with the underground, or you use our bicycle service. Explore too secondly on the tandem all objects of interest.

Journey & description of way:

The airport Berlin Tegel is only 5 kilometers distant and the fair Berlin can for in15 minutes travel time with the rapid-transit railway be attained. The large Universitaetsklinkum Charite ' can be attained with both locations (Charite'Mitte and Rudolf Virchow clinical center with the German cardiology center Wedding) in few minutes. By the urban motorway A110 the apartments lie traffic-favorably also for drivers.
